The Ghana Embassy requires the 2 pictures along with a valid Passport
The ticket number is usually next to, or below, your name. It usually contains about 13 numbers. Your trip's airline and ticket number will be issued upon purchase of your roundtrip ticket.
The type of Visa (Single Entry or Multiple Entry *Note price varies*) must be indicated on the form.
A Multiple Entry is better if your passport is valid for 3 or more years!
Employment status (Employed * Unemployed * Retired * Student)
Travelers under 18 (or a minor), must indicate who will accompany them on the trip.
Minors will need a copy of their Birth Certificate and a signed affidavit from both parents
If you are employed, a Professional Title (e.g. Attorney) ** Company Position, Company Name & Address, Company Email & Tel numbers are required ** You must provide the company's complete and current mailing address.
Yellow Fever: Most travelers must have a yellow fever vaccination for entry into Ghana. You may be asked to present a valid vaccination certificate (yellow card) at the airport.
Malaria: Consult a travel medicine specialist for the right antimalaria medication or prophylaxis.
Mosquito Bite Prevention: Use insect repellents, wear long sleeves and pants (particularly in the evenings), and sleep under bed nets if staying in non-air-conditioned accommodations.
