In January 2020, the Wawa Aba Amammere Fie was born: "The seeds were planted" in Benkum-Larteh, and "the tree began to grow." By January 2023, Wawa Aba Amammere Fie welcomed its administrative staff to the Benkum community.

On July 2, 2023, an inauguration ceremony was held, blessed by elders from both Larteh and the Diaspora. Their wisdom and grace deeply humbled us, and we were honoured by their presence and participation.
